1. Understand what you want to have EXACTLY inside (emotions, feelings, inner conditions) and outside (relationships, friends, job, colleagues, living conditions and situations like travel, leisure, hobbies and so on, material things – your house, car, clothes, etc.).
2. Make a complete list of all these things. Ask yourself about every item on the list: WHY would you like/need to have this in your life and does this really reflects your DEEP INNER WISH. If no, then what would be a better way to achieve your goal? Ask these questions about each item in a logical consequence till the very end when you don’t have answers anymore. Answer FULLY and HONESTLY. This will help you to get rid of FALSE GOALS which are not really yours and save your lifetime considerably. Make necessary corrections in the list. Get rid of the goals which are NOT REALLY YOUR DEEP WISH and UNNECESSARY.
3. CONCENTRATE your ATTENTION on your final goals. Read your list every day. Remind yourself about your goals as much as this is necessary to stay concentrated.
4. Make a clear ACTION PLAN for EACH of your goal with clear steps and deadlines. Start performing these actions. If the results are not satisfactory, ask yourself what else can you do (what actions EXACTLY).
5. Understand what you don’t want to have EXACTLY inside (emotions, feelings, inner conditions) and outside (relationships, friends, job, colleagues, living conditions and situations like travel, leisure, hobbies and so on, material things – your house, car, clothes, etc.).
6. Make a complete list of the things that you want to get rid of (both material and not, like fears or any kind of negative emotions and pains).
7. Eliminate all the things which you don’t want to have in order to free your ATTENTION, PSYCHIC STRENGTH and CONCENTRATION and direct them on WHAT YOU WANT to have.
